Our ISO Class 8 manufacturing room for mammalian or insect cell culture production performed under cGMP conditions features:

  • 1 x 20/50L WAVE
  • 1 x 250L SUB

Our capacity is deliberately sized for small-batch manufacturing of biologics suitable for Phase I/II clinical trials or reagents for diagnostics. Other features include:

  • Pass-through chamber between production & purification
  • USP purified water / pre-package WFI
  • Small scale T-flasks, cell factories, roller bottles 
  • Main processing room incubators, incubators / shakers, BSCs, depth filtration devices
  • Mobile TFF skids using disposable membranes (MF/UF capability)
  • Purchase ready to use media 
  • Disposable technology for buffer preps, product transfer, etc.

Our ISO Class 7 purification room features an
Akta Pilot chromatography skid.
Other features include:

  • USP purified water & pre-packaged WFI
  • Millipore Mobius disposeable mixing system - 100L, 200L
  • Small scale ultra-filtration (UF), disposable membranes - specific to the client's process
  • Main processing room BSC
  • Disposable technology for buffer preps, product transfer, etc.
