Our ISO Class 8 manufacturing room for microbial fermentation performed under cGMP conditions features a 40L, 300L fermentation train; deliberately sized for small-batch manufacturing of biologics suitable for Phase I/II clinical trials or reagents for diagnostics. Other features include:

  • USP purified water
  • Microfluidics microfluidizer
  • Pure steam
  • Mobile TFF skids using disposable membranes (MF/UF capability)
  • CEPA Z-81 centrifuge
  • Main processing room incubator / shaker, BSC
  • Disposable technology for buffer preps, product transfer, etc.

Our ISO Class 7 purification room features a 6mm Akta Process chromatography skid.

  • USP purified water & pre-packaged WFI
  • Millipore Mobius disposable mixing system - 100L, 200L
  • Small scale ultra-filtration (UF), disposable membranes - specific to the client's process
  • Main processing room BSC
