Immunohistochemistry - Gene
Discovery
|
|
This service involves the optimization of
immunostaining. The optimization includes titration of the primary
antibody, selection and optimization of secondary reagents (e.g. Alk. Phos.,
HRP, fluorescence, or biotinylated conjugates), optimization of detection,
evaluation by light or fluorescence microscopy, and photographic
documentation of positive results.

- Titration of Primary and Secondary
Antibodies
- Optimization of Immunostain including
antigen retrieval (with and without steam) protease digestion, and a
4-dilution run-which equals 12 slides plus a negative control
- Optimization of detection and counterstain
