Negative Staining

A specialized assay that enables investigators to have a microscopic examination of samples in suspension, and record their observations by means of high resolution photography. This technique can be used to examine and photograph virtually any type of biological specimen in suspension (virus particles, manufactured VLPs, bacteriophages, vaccine carriers, bacteria cells, mycoplasma cells, protein particles, peptides, etc.).
