Paragon’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams oversee all production activities; from preclinical research, to GLP-compliant production, and on to GMP manufacturing of proteins.

QA/QC Release of Product

• Lab personnel prepare a QC Report when material generated by Paragon is ready to be shipped to the client.
• The QC Report is provided to the Group Leader for a review of the content to assure that all requested fields are included and reported correctly.
• The QC Report and associated lab notebook are then submitted to QA for review.
• QA reviews each entry on the QC Report against the raw data in the lab notebook.
• QA verifies that the sample label matches relevant data on the QC Report, as well as the indicated number of samples.
• Discrepancies are brought to the attention of lab personnel and resolved.
• The QC Report is then initialed and dated by the QA reviewer and included in the sample shipment.
