Cell Culture Capabilities
HEK 293 cells or other anchorage dependent cells, batches of up to 100 x 6300cm2 cell factories, equivalent to ~100L of virus-laden culture supernatant with an expected yield of 2-3 x 1012 pfu/cell factory => 2-3 x 1014 pfu/batch. Hela or other suspension cell lines up to 200L batches performed in fully controlled bioreactors.
